Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Wynthex Vyr platform, located at wynthexvyr.com. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wynthex Vyr. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and we will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
Certain features of the platform require you to register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated at all times.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at help@wynthexvyr.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these terms or if your account activity poses a risk to the platform or other users.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. The platform is intended to provide educational content related to inventory management for e-commerce, and your use must remain consistent with that purpose.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
a. Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorization from Wynthex Vyr.
b. Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access, collect, or extract data from the platform.
c. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, its servers, or any systems connected to it.
d. Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
e. Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, performance, or availability of the platform.
f. Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
g. Using the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by Wynthex Vyr in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content available on the platform, including but not limited to course materials, text, graphics, video, audio, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Wynthex Vyr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Wynthex Vyr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
5.3 Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the platform, you grant Wynthex Vyr a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the platform without any obligation to you.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Fees
Access to certain features or content may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize Wynthex Vyr to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
6.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase. Please review the applicable refund terms before completing any transaction. Refund requests may be submitted to help@wynthexvyr.com.
6.3 Pricing Changes
Wynthex Vyr reserves the right to modify pricing for any products or services at any time. Changes in pricing will not affect purchases already completed.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Wynthex Vyr. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 No Warranty
The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Wynthex Vyr does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8.2 Educational Content
The educational content provided through the platform is intended for general informational and learning purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information obtained through the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wynthex Vyr, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the platform exceed the total amount paid by you to Wynthex Vyr in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00), whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wynthex Vyr and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications to the Platform
Wynthex Vyr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any part thereof.
13. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Wynthex Vyr with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
